Ari Katz – CEO of Boston City Campus & Business College
Ari served articles of clerkship with Levitt Kirson and subsequently joined Ernst and Young in 1983. He was appointed a partner in the informations system audit department and was involved in audits of national and international companies whilst conducting extensive consulting in the area of information systems auditing.
Ari has also been extensively involved in training and lecturing. He has been a guest lecturer at Rhodes University where he was voted “Best Visiting Lecturer,” presented seminars on behalf of Internal Auditors and lectured at the University of Witwatersrand where he was subsequently appointed a Visiting Associate in the Department of Accounting.
Ari was invited to form part of the working group of the Business Information Systems technical sub-committee established by the Education Committee of the Public Accountants’ and Auditors’ Board and in 1991 founded Boston City Campus and Business College.
Craig Stollard – Financial Director of Boston City Campus & Business College
After qualifying as a Charted Accountant in 1996 and serving his articles of clerkship at Lewin Krawitz, Sacks and Oshry, Craig joined Boston City Campus in June 1998.
Craig is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, IT, Human Resources and Commercial Law of the company.

Sue de Roos – Managing Director of Boston City Campus & Business College
Sue was instrumental in setting up, growing and managing a franchised chain of 77 business colleges for 12 years. She has served the company as managing director for nineteen years. Sue established the Boston Business College in late 1997.
Sue has won numerous franchising awards and has made written contributions to various publications and textbooks.
Hendrik Botha – Director and Academic Head of Boston City Campus & Business College
Dr Botha obtained his Masters (Cum Laude) and Doctorate degrees in Business Management from the North-West University. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Business Executives United Kingdom where he served as an Executive Board and Council Member responsible for strategy, innovation and corporate affairs of the South African subsidiary of the global professional body. Dr Botha served on the research forum of UMALUSI (Council for Quality Assurance of General and Further Education) as well as the Research Committees of various Institutions. Over the last 15 years, Dr Botha has been instrumental in successfully executing transactions, new product development, accreditation and managing tuition delivery as both an academic and operations executive in private higher education institutions in Southern and East Africa. Dr Botha is an external moderator of master’s and doctorate theses/dissertations at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and a supervisor of doctoral candidates at the North-West University (NWU). He also led postgraduate courses in Leadership, Governance and Ethics and Research Methodology. His publications include scholarly articles and book contributions in the fields of Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Governance, and International Joint Ventures. Hendrik joined Boston City Campus in January 2012.
Lydia Banda – Director
Lydia has been a member of the Boston Management team since 2003. During this period she has successfully managed various operational divisions within the group.
She has extensive experience in finance, administration, learnerships, logistics and franchising. She was appointed to the Boston City Campus board of directors in 2007.
